How do you ship my order?

We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Most orders are processed within 1 business day or sooner (many are shipped same day). Orders over $100 ship free within the continental U.S and mailed by USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. If you need faster delivery, please select an expedited option during checkout. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where do you ship?

We are a family-owned business based in Oregon and ship nationwide, including to all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our location in Bend, Oregon.

How can I track my shipment?

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order is shipped and is available in the email sent to you and in your account on our website. Just click on Sign In at the top of any page on our website.

When will I get my order?

How can I return or exchange my order for a refund?

We strive to provide you fast and friendly service and 100% satisfaction when shopping with us. We accept returns within 10 days of delivery as long as the supplies were not damaged, opened or used. You can choose a credit or full refund (less shipping) by contacting our customer service team on our contact us page and we will be glad to help.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We process your refund within 1 business day after we receive your supplies back from you. Refunds normally take 1-3 days to show up on your statement. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major payment cards and can be found at the bottom of every page on our website.

When will my payment method be charged?

An authorization will be placed on your payment method at the time you submit your order, and it will be captured and completed when your order has been shipped. Your account may show a pending charge during that time period and will drop off once it has been captured.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance.

How do I apply a coupon code?

During checkout, there is a field for coupon codes. Just enter it exactly as you see it promoted and it will reflect in the total on the checkout page.

Can I use multiple coupon codes?

Each order you submit will only accept one coupon code.

How do I setup an account?

If you are a new customer, just complete all your contact details on the checkout page and after you submit, an account will be created for you. You will receive an email with your account information.

Why can't I login to my account?

If you have an account and can't login, please use the 'forgot password' feature after clicking Sign In, and you will receive an email with a link to change your password. If you don't have an account, just complete your checkout with all required details, and an account will be created for you. You will receive an email with your account details.

How can I see my past orders?

To see your past orders, make sure you have setup an account and not used the Guest feature to checkout. If you placed orders after logging into your account, they will show up in your account area after you Sign In on the top menu of any page on our site.
